1. Who We Are

SellMyHouse.sg is a property selling platform operated by (David) Ng Chun Fai (CEA Reg No. R011998B) under Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (CEA Licence No. L3008899K).

2. What We Collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Name and mobile number (when you submit the contact form)
• Email address (during account registration)
• HDB property details (address, flat type, floor area)
• Identity documents for compliance purposes (NRIC — only last 4 characters stored in our database; full documents encrypted at rest)

3. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used to:

• Provide property selling services as requested
• Generate market reports and financial estimates
• Communicate service updates via WhatsApp, email, or in-app notifications
• Comply with regulatory requirements (CEA, AML/CFT)

If you give separate marketing consent, we may also send property market updates.

4. Your Rights Under PDPA

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data held by us
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Withdraw consent for data collection and use
• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)

How to Withdraw Your Consent

1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Data.
2. Click 'Withdraw Consent' and review the consequences on the confirmation page.
3. Check the confirmation box and submit to process your withdrawal.
4. Your listing will be taken down, viewings cancelled, offers voided, and sensitive data permanently deleted.
5. You will receive a final confirmation. No further contact will be made.

Alternatively, email our DPO at dpo@sellmyhouse.sg to request withdrawal.

5. Data Retention

This platform operates on a process-and-purge model. We retain your personal data only as long as needed to complete your HDB resale transaction:

• Sensitive data (NRIC, identity documents, financial information) is deleted from our platform within 7 days of transaction completion.
• Your contact information is anonymised within 30 days of transaction completion.
• Consent records and audit logs are retained on our platform for up to 2 years as compliance evidence.

Transaction records required by law are transferred to our estate agency, Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (Licence No. L3008899K), which retains them for 5 years as required under IRAS and AML/CFT regulations. Huttons' retention is governed by their separate data protection policy.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We may share your data with:

• Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (our agency)
• HDB and relevant government agencies (as required for transactions)
• Property portals (listing information only, with your consent)

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for session management and security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Subject Access Requests

You have the right to request access to your personal data held by us. To make a request:

• Log in to your account and visit the My Data page to download your data directly.
• Or email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@sellmyhouse.sg.
• We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

For transaction records that have been transferred to Huttons Asia Pte Ltd after completion, please contact Huttons directly. Some transaction data may have been purged from our platform and archived by Huttons — for access to such archived records, contact Huttons Asia Pte Ltd at their registered office.
